What you will experience

First, you walk through shaded Arabica and learn how altitude, soil, and variety shape flavor. Next, you pick ripe cherries and compare sweetness by ripeness. Then you move to the wet mill to watch pulping, fermentation, and washing. After that, you visit raised beds and patios to see careful sun-drying. Afterwards, a live roast shows how time and temperature change aroma and taste. Finally, you brew and taste several methods while a guide explains body, balance, and acidity.

Farming, people, and quality

The farm works with shade trees and clean water use, so the land stays healthy. Farmers pick selectively and dry slowly to protect aroma. Lots are traced by plot and harvest, therefore freshness and origin are clear. You can buy freshly roasted beans and support the family directly.

Visitor information

Tours run by reservation and last three to four hours. They include the field walk, processing stations, a roasting demo, and a guided tasting.
