Café Tío Conejo is a family-built project where everyone lives, laughs, and works together—farmers, roasters, hosts, and guests. Our guiding idea is simple: happiness first. Your visit begins with a panoramic view of the Andean foothills and a welcome cup of our signature coffee. A bilingual guide (often Santiago) leads a peaceful walk through the coffee fields, explaining each stage of the journey—from nursery and shade-grown cultivation to hand-picking, wet milling, drying, and roasting. The terrain is moderate in places; we take it slow and make sure everyone is comfortable.

Back at the farm, you’ll enjoy a farm-to-table meal prepared with ingredients grown on our land—think pumpkin soup, roasted vegetables, and house specialties. Then we move to a hands-on brewing and cupping session where you taste different varieties and brewing methods and learn how flavor changes from bean to cup.

Cafe Tío Conejo is more than a tour; it’s a living classroom and a family home.
